Ecom Merchant Integration

Stockashop offers full integration with Total Web Solution's EcomMerchant.

Total Web Solutions are a low cost, PCI Level 1 accredited Payment Service Provider who are able to facilitate secure online and telephone/mail order payments for credit or debit cards in association with leading UK banks. They can offer assistance with obtaining a Internet Merchant Account from Barclays, HSBC, Natwest/RBS or Lloyds TSB. Their charges start from just £10 per month with no set up fees or annual subscription fees. The EcomMerchant solution is fully secure and offers complete transparent integration with any website and works with many of the leading shopping carts. As part of the package, they provide a secure and user-friendly administration tool for reconciliation, refunding, telephone/mail order processing and statistics.

They offer a similar service to SagePay but for less for smaller businesses (under 133 transactions per month) and the same or less for larger businesses (over 334 transactions per month).

To use Total Web Solution's EcomMerchant with your Stockashop, you will need to:

  1. If you don't already have a merchant account, ask Total Web Solutions to help you apply at Barclays, HSBC, Natwest/RBS (Streamline) or Lloyds TSB. (It doesn't really matter where your own bank account is.)
  2. Sign up for an EcomMerchant account
  3. After applying you will receive a customer id (which we will need)
  4. You will then be able to login to the Ecom Merchant administration area, where you can set a secret key under Settings > Authorisation > Pay Page properties  (which we will also need) and graphically style your payment page (which we can help with too)

Your customers will be able to pay by credit or debit card.
